Hours of Operation
Our business hours are 10am to 5pm PST Monday through
Friday. All email requests will be addressed within 24 hours.
postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment will be
accepted with 20% restocking fee, no returns allowed after 30 days. All returns
must be approved by Customer Relations who will issue a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the item is defective and is under
warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in pursuing a warranty claim
with the manufacturer.
We proudly accept PayPal. If another form of payment needs to be used
please contact us first. We can work with most payment methods. California
residents will be charged sales tax.
We ship items worldwide, including APO
/ AEO address, via Fedex or US Postal Service. Items will be shipped
within 2 business days upon receiving payment although in most cases they are
shipped same or next day. Feel free to email us to confirm product availability
and shipping date.
