This is a great set of easy-reassembling LCD controller kit which is used to turn a unused LCD panel into a desktop/PC
monitor. It will be a surprise that your unused LCD will be of good use, and no longer be a waste. Or it is a very interesting
things to make a monitor successfully by yourself. It supports most of the LCD panel from 12.1\" to 55\" with a LVDS
interface and a resolution than 2048x1152, plug & play kit, need soldering is not needed.
Specifications:
T.VST59 is analog TV control board,which is suitable for Asia-Pacific and Middle-East market.It can support less than
22 inch LCD panels wiich resolution is up to 2048X1152.
T.VST59.03 support six kinds of main chip: TSUMV29LU, TSUMV29LE, TSUMV39LU, TSUMV39LE,TSUMV59XU, TSUMV59XE,
differences are in the following table.
This specification is only for T.VST59.03 with main chip TSUMV59XU or TSUMV59XE.

Board Tips:
Please make sure the vertical and horizontal driver inside your LCD still works,this board can not fix it if it doesn\'t work.

Q: How to find my LCD model number and version number?
A: Normally the label on LCD backside includes information such as LCD model and version number.
* Please prepare VGA cable/DVI cable/HDMI cable and power adapter for the controller board you bought.
They aren\'t included in the kit.
* This board requires DC 12V 3.3A input power for LCD size under 17inch, and DC12V 4A for LCD between 17 to 22 inch.
The LCD cannot be lit up if the power current is not applied as stated.
Please pay attention to the working supply for controller board as the following:
The supply as left picture showed can work but the right one doesn\'t!!
* To protect this board from damage, high quality power adapter is recommend, you can buy from our store as well with
clicking below links:
Install Tips:
* Keep the backside away from metal subjects when the power is applied, or it may cause short-cut or damage of main IC.
* Since the driver and voltage varies from different LCDs, please do not any change jumpers on the board, or use the kit for
other LCD with different model number , otherwise you may damaged your LCD. Please consult us if you have any other
question or want to use the kit for other LCD panel.
* link the key button board, (starts from left side, and leave some pins on the right blank), and connect inverter with controller
board, then Connect 12V DC power to the board for LCD CCFL backlight lamp test.
If the LCD panel is lit up, it means that backlight of the LCD is working, then you can turn off the power. If the LCD does
not lit up, then the backlight is broken, you need to replace the lamps.
*According the above operated way , then unplug the power supply, Connect LVDS with the LCD connector and control board
(connect the marked LVDS area with 1st pin), and then insert the VGA or HDMI or DVI input signal(Default VGA input,
please use the key buttons to switch for HDMI / DVI input) .
*Apply with DC 12V power
*Complete connecting kit.

Note:
1）Please don\'t revised the voltage jumper setting on the lcd controller board before confirmation from us, because wrong revising of this voltage will get your lcd burnt. By the way, please don\'t connect the lvds cable wrongly, some wrong connecton can get your lcd burnt too, if you are not sure, please feel free to contact us.
2）After finishing the connecting, please don\'t rush to power on! First, use multi-meter to test whether the GND of the LCD is connected with the GND of the controller board. If not, please check the connection again. If yes, please test whether there is a short circuit between the red wires and black wires of the LVDS cable. If there is a short circuit, it means opposite connection or other errors. Any problem, please feel free to contact us. DIY needs a certain professional knowledge, please kindly take the responsibility of the risk. No metal contact is allowed when powering on the controller board, otherwise short circuit may occur, which may cause unavailability of the controller board.
