Computer comes on as shown in picture 5 but keyboard is unresponsive and Function key doesn\'t work. Might just need a new keyboard. Joysticks are not included. Includes all original manuals including Start Guide, Beginner\'s Basic, User\'s Reference Guide, Video Modulator booklet, Wired Remote Controllers booklet, and TI-99/4A BASIC Reference Card. I bought this in the early 80\'s and enjoyed it. If you\'re a computer aficionado, you\'ll love working on this, playing games, and getting back to BASICs.
