This is a Toshiba Z20t 2-in-1 Laptop/Tablet with Two Batteries (one in the tablet and one in the dock) for up to 18+ hour battery life (when new - these are untested but hold a charge). You get the tablet with a 256GB M.2 SSD, the keyboard dock unit and the AC adapter/charger. A stylus is included along with its AC Adapter. This unit was used in a medical facility and was tested for basic and extended functionality - turns on, boots to bios, touchpad/kb work, battery holds a charge, etc.. Then we installed an SSD and loaded it up with Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit and our basic app pkg including LibreOffice! The unit you see in these photos is the one that you will get.
This unit is being sold with a 30 day warranty but a few disclaimers: The stickers that covered the screws on the bottom of the tablet are MIA but you don\'t really notice it. There is a little palmrest and touchpad shine and the usual scuffs, scratches that come from normal wear and tear. The screen itself has a small scuff line just above the webcam (from the touchpad border) that runs slightly down into the screen - but is faint and is not noticeable when the unit is running. There is also a little \"stylus scuff\" on the screen in a few places - also not noticeable when the unit is running. As well as only the Webcam works.

In many cases, we are able to resolve the issue without the expense and hassle of a return (to both parties!). We have several of these units, so exchanging the defective component is totally an option.
