USERS TIPS

1. If you’re connecting a USB C 2.0 peripheral but it doesn’t work, please flip the connector over and try once more. It happens due to the compatibility issue of USB C protocols, it requires connecting in a specific direction.

2. We don’t recommend extending the keyboard and mouse via USB interface on USB hub due to the signal loss.

3. Please locate a USB C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your device which supports video output since not all USB C ports can transfers video signal.

4. Video transmissions can degrade or fail if you’re connecting a long cable carrying video signal (HDMI, DP, and more).
