Hello, please note that I had a 100% rating on until I got one bad review recently which put me at 50% now. I recently had a buyer cancel his order for one of these switches because I was one day past my shipping window (my bad). He wanted to cancel the order and stop shipping so I did the same day of his request but the refund took longer than expected as I thought was taking care of it. It was an honest mistake and he eventually got his money back several days later but he wrote me a horrible review saying I was \"dis-igenuous\". That is not true as it was not intentional on my part. I was not trying to withold his money and had no reason too. I am simply just trying to get rid of some overpurchased items for my company we no longer need. I apologized but he won\'t remove his review and it\'s hurting my rating of course. I agreed to not ship the same day he requested me to do so but the refund was not automatic like I thought. I hope this helps when you consider purchasing this switch from me!
