Flipping the power, I hear a beep, but the screen stays blank

I opened it up, blew out the dust, but didn\'t seem to change anything

Looks like something leaked in at one time, but not seeing any rust/corrosion

Power supply does make a hissing sound - unsure if that is whats causing issues

I was originally selling this with the keyboard (see my other listings), but after 11 months without the set selling, the keyboard is now sold separately
