SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

A tracking number will be provided from either USPS, UPS, or FED EX for all items we ship.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS: 

We offer a 30 - day return policy from the date you receive the item. Inspect the item when you receive it and contact us within the first 3 days, if there are any problems. Do not use the item or remove any attached retail tags if you intend to return the item. You must contact us before you return the item or open a claim.

You must return the item in it’s original box and packing material. The item must be in the same condition it was in, when we shipped it. Buyer pays return shipping. If the item is used, the retail tags are removed, or the box has been opened and tossed the item can not be returned for a full refund.
