New open box ! Item appears to be brand new and unused ! I have NO way to test this and as you can clearly see from pictures none of the tie straps appear to have been untwisted on the cables, the power supply in the box appears to have never been removed from the box as well as the single 3 1/2" floppy is sill sealed in the original bag. Comes with exactly whats shown in pictures nothing else ! Item is listed as "for parts or not working" only because i can not personally test this. Please review pictures carefully and ask questions BEFORE purchasing as there are NO RETURNS on this item.
