Please view all the pictures as they are the best representation of the item. I am not a computer person, just selling this computer as we received it. It looks to be complete with hard drive and ram. It powers on just fine and the image of a question mark comes on the screen. I COULD NOT GET PAST THIS SCREEN. I was told this just needed the operating system installed, but again, I am only stating what this computer does on start up and what it looks like. If you have any questions, please ask them. I will do my best to answer them. When this item ships, I will remove the handles and pack them and their hardware separately and put them along with the computer.
