Up for sale is my beautiful Macintosh IIcx desktop computer. I've done so much work to this Mac, making it quick, reliable, and so much fun to use. Here's a brief summary:

• Floppy drive serviced and tested to read, write, and eject disks
• BlueSCSI v2 added in place of original spinning drive (8GB SD card installed)
• RAM upgraded to 32MB (32-bit addressing supported with Mode32)
• Logic board capacitors replaced with high-temperature rated components
• Macintosh II Video Card installed (supports 8-bit color at 640x480)
• NuBus Ethernet card installed
• Case cleaned and detailed

This machine is a real pleasure to use, and it's quick thanks to the BlueSCSI v2 drive.On the 8GB SD card in the BlueSCSI, I've configured four hard drive partitions - one has System 6.0.8, one has System 7.1 Pro, one has System 7.5.5, and the last can be used for file storage. Simply boot into whichever version OS you'd like with the Startup Disk control panel.
I have preinstalled many useful utilities, classic games, and various applications. Not to mention After Dark screensavers with flying toasters. Yes, the front drive activity light works even with the BlueSCSI drive!
The Mac's speaker is loud and clear, and the machine passes all diagnostic tests in Snooper 2.I have removed the PRAM battery to prevent any chance of future leakage. However, I do have a new battery I could install if desired. Please contact me before purchase if you'd like a battery installed. Lastly, I have installed a NuBus ethernet card with its associated drivers, but haven't done any network testing beyond that.
