The computer powers up, but there is no video and no start up chime. The hard drive is bad and sounds like a jet engine taking off. The motherboard has been recapped, but it still did not solve the issue. The case has some discoloration and the front panel that covers the CD drive has become brittle and the clips that hold it in place have broken off. The computer is being sold for arts/repair as I can not figure out why it is not chiming or functioning properly.
