This computer comes from the collection of my father-in-law, who is proudly one of the original computer geeks. He has accumulated quite the collection of vintage computers, which were well cared for. Unfortunately, he is now in a nursing home and we are helping him liquidate his collection and prepare his home for sale.
The computer is in good condition externally, as you can see from the photos. The hinges work and I can't see any significant damage, although there is the expected wear and tear (see photos). I plugged it in and turned it on, and after powering up, it gives an error about a non-system disk (see photo). We have no way of testing it any further, so please be cautioned we can not make any warrantees. It is offered as is to a collector.
Unfortunately, I simply don't know much about this computer but hope it will be valuable to some collector. We hate to simply trash it. Based on the research I can do, it was manufactured around 1994. It will come with its power adapter, external modem, external CD-ROM drive, external 3.5" disk drive, and what I am guessing is some kind of video switch. We'll even throw in the nice laptop case.
It will be sealed and well packaged (see photos). We hope someone can get some enjoyment out of it! I have seen damaged versions listed on for $150, and the individual accessories commonly sell for $30 a piece, so I am putting this out there at $149 Buy-it-Now if you are eager... or it will go to the highest buyer!
