We are estate buyers in Seattle selling a wide range of interesting, unusual and useful used items. We do our best to describe and inspect everything, but with the range and volume of items we handle, errors can happen. If we get something wrong, we are always happy to work with buyers to fix it.

Shipping:

- local pick up in Seattle is always fine
- we only use Global Shipping for international orders, if you want cheaper, we suggest using a package forwarder like we accept returns
- it's always best to contact before initiating returns

Damaged/Lost Packages:
- if a package arrives damaged, please send pictures of the box, packaging, and damage to the item
- retain the packaging and item and be prepared to take to the shipper for examination
- once a package is scanned as delivered, it's out of our control, we suggest contacting your neighbors, your local depot, or filing a police report
