The computer does power on but I have not tested it with any computer programs. The hard drive went through the defragmentation process by itself the moment I powered on the computer. The monitor, keyboard, floppy disks and power cord are not included with this sale. This sale is for the computer only. There is some wear and tear from use. I have not tested out any of the preinstalled software on the computer. It is running DOS though I am not sure what version. The computer has a 3.5\" floppy disk slot and I am not sure what the other slot is for. I do not know if this computer has any issues as I have not fully tested it out.
