IBM Model 30 - For Parts or Repair

Selling a vintage IBM Model 30 computer, sold as-is for parts or repair. Appears to be complete but doesn't power on. Great for enthusiasts or spare parts. No guarantees on functionality due to age. I don’t know anything about these IBM computers but it appears to be complete, ALTHOUGH, please check the pictures yourself to make sure. I opened this and cleaned the front panel and the cover. I believe the issue is the PSU. When I tried to power this on with the keyboard plugged in, the keyboard flashed for less than a second, making me believe the PSU has issues and likely needs to be repaired or replaced. It has two floppy drives, which are also untested.
