American Flyer Action Observation Car #978 The chassis has been repaired. A 3/4” piece of chassis has been replaced with a piece from another car (see picture). The action mechanism works fine. The metal arm that the brakeman is attached to is bent upward. The drumhead decal is a reproduction. The rest of the car is all original and there is nothing else broken, a C6. This item is being sold \"as is\" and there are no return privileges.
