Foot Board Height 42”, Head Board Height 47”, Length of Rails 66”Length of box spring needed 61-3/8” or a bit shorter (this was a standard size many years ago and they are still available today from multiple sources)
Width of box spring needed 39” or a bit shorter (this is the measurement between the inside rails)Because of the nature of this antique bed frame it will handle a mattress that is the same width but will accommodate a mattress that is a bit longer, 66” long
