Very old manuscript binding! (Probably a very early Doctor - Diplom)!First Edition!

Condition: The book is only in a good condition, here and there staining, some tears, tighly cuted on the lower part, lacks last plate, the cover are partly openend. Please look to the pictures-book needs repair.The very interesting manuscript binding is darkened, the covers made from a very old print, probably from the Incunable time (?)
some old manuscripts are inside the cover as well.
I'm unable to remove them, this should be made by an professional bookbinder.However, the shape of the book is really average only. Usually, I do not deal with books in this shape, but it looks
very interesting for me, particul. the manuscripts. Friends of very old architecure will be very interested in that book!
