This crock is in Excellent Condition with 1 very slight smooth old surface chip to the top inner rim. There are no other chips, cracks, and or repairs. Very slight manufactured roughness & staining. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition. The crock measures 15 5/8" tall x 9 3/8" at the top outer rim x 7 7/8" at the top inner lower rim x 10" wide x 9 1/2" at the base and weighs approximately 15lb 8oz. The crock has a great center large cobalt blue Bee Sting decoration along with a 4 for gallons. Great churn form with hand applied handles and a lower top inner rim for a lid. A great example of Midwestern Stoneware dating from the mid to late 1800's, this Red Wing 4 Gallon Bee Sting Crock would make a great addition to anyone's collection or home.
