HUGE Antique polished Butterscotch Baltic Amber egg yolk Russian brooch SIGNED/hallmarked weighing 21.11 grams!!!. This is Rare old piece from the early 1900\'s and has a rich butterscotch patina and hardware to prove it.The bead / brooch has an early brass color \"C\" clasp mechanism and it is riveted with screws into the Amber.This type of hardware is only seen in early antique jewelry. The amber has the prettiest glow and egg yolks I have ever seen!It has some natural inclusions from age. The clasp has a hallmark which I believe is Russian 9KR.This is Natural Antique Baltic Amber.....NOT BAKELITE!The white spot is from my flash. They are not cracks in the photo, they are the screws.
