This sale is for 4 antique womans clothing items. There is a black jacket, two blouses and a skirt. The jacket is in very nice condition, with almost no wear showing. It is in a sturdy (maybe wool?) fabric with two different subtle patterns in it. It\'s hand sewn, and has 9 pieces of boning inside. It closes with 16 metal hooks. It would easily be wearable still. The waist measures 15 1/2 inches across.
The other 3 pieces are made from a dark red silk fabric that seems to change color in the light. The fabric is very thin and could only be used for display. If worn, it would rip easily. There is a long skirt (15 inch across waist), and two blouses. One has looser sleeves (waist is 15 inches across) and the other has poofy shoulders and tighter sleeves (waist is 13 inches across). There are small rips through out the silk pieces, including the sleeves and shoulders. Some near the waist line of the skirt, and one large tear at the bottom hem. I am not well versed in antique clothing, so I\'m adding as many photos as possible so you can judge for yourself. If you have any questions, or would like more photos of the flaws, just contact me.
When I found these pieces they were in a box labeled \"1890\'s clothes\" and they were wrapped up with the labels pictured.
