Antique Victorian AUSTRIA Gold Gilt Bronze Jeweled Dresser Jewelry Box
Measures 4\"x 2.5\" x 2.25\" InchesThis is an absolutely gorgeous early 1900\'s Austrian gilt ormolu jewelry/dresser box. The lid is encrusted with faux gemstones, including various colorful, faceted, paste jewels, cabochons, and seed pearls. It is made of gold gilt bronze with a great design and filigree work. The bottom is signed \"Austria.\" Overall this piece is in excellent condition, with only slight corrosion to a couple jewel settings, which could be cleaned up. It feels pretty heavy in your hand, weighing 367 grams, or 13 ounces. This came from a large mansion estate with an incredible array of high end Victorian and art deco items.
