Lovely antique Chiltern Hugmee teddy bear, dating from 1940s
made of pale gold mohair,

stuffed with kapok throughout the body and wood-wool in the head,

fully jointed,

original dark amber and black glass eyes,

black vertically stitched nose,

inverted Y shape mouth stitching,

original painted cloth pads in good condition with general wear and paint cracked and worn out in places, but no holes or tears,

on the right foot pad there\'s inscription in pen of the bear\'s name \'Wilfred\',

there\'s no claws stitching,

inoperative squeaker in his tummy.

Teddy Bear is approx. 14\" tall.

Condition - item is in good antique condition with some general wear, thinning and balding patches; minor hole where the squeaker is; joints are fine.
