There are some scuffs/marks from normal use but no major cosmetic issues of any kind. Comes with a brand new 1TB (7200 rpm) hard drive, loaded with a fresh install of Max OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). Power cord included, no other accessories (manuals, install discs, peripherals, etc.) are included in Intel Core i3 @ 3.06GHz

Terms of Sale and Return Policy

When you purchase something from SBC Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied. A 14-day warranty is included with 99% of our products to protect our customers.Because we sell new, used, and refurbished items we have different return policies for each product type as stated below (see product page for details):14 day return policyProducts with a 14 day return policy (see product page for details)You may return your item up to 14 days from the date of invoice. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. All sales on software items are final.
General return policy info

• All sales on software items are final.
• Shipping and handling will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after the the return policy expired
• All returnable merchandise requires an RMA number.
• All RMA requests need to be in writing by Email. Please provide the item number, item description and pictures.
• Items damaged during shipping will be claimed (forwarded) to the shipper (USPS or FedEx). Images will be required to show proof of damage as well as packaging used and damage to boxes etc.
• The buyer will be responsible for all return back to SBC Gadgets and for the costs associated with that shipment.
• You may return items within the return policy period for a full refund, provided the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
• We do not refund or provide store credit for \'change of mind\'. However if you are unhappy with your purchase you should always contact us.
• For non-DOA (dead on arival) returns, a standard 20% restocking fee may be applied.
• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 72 hours after item has been returned.
• Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, have missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
• Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment
• Customer must package the products properly. SBC Gadgets is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company.
• For expediency, we reserve the right to issue a full refund or a replacement item.
• Will Call items can be exchanged or another item or a store credit only

• This product ships FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or Standard USPS

• We reserve the right to pick the appropriate shipping method (from the above mentioned ground shipping)
• Day-definite delivery typically in 1-5 business days
• UPS Ground ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico
• Fedex Ground offers delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous US State within 1-5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3-7 business days)

We ship Monday-Friday. We strive to do same day shipping (item must be paid for before shipping).

Expedited Shipping

Please contact us for a quote if you wish to expedite your shipping via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate

• The tracking number will be emailed as soon as it is available
• Insurance is your (the buyers) responsibility
• Any orders of $250.00 or more will be require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for these orders.
• Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Will Call

To avoid shipping costs you may choose Will Call (local pick up).

• We will ONLY refund shipping charges on Will Call items if we have not already paid for a USPS shipping label.
• Will Call is available during regular business hours Monday to Friday.
• Weekend Will Call is available by appointment only
• Positive ID (such a drivers license) required for all Will Call items (local pick-up)
