This is such a beautiful jewelry box. I put the question mark after Sevres in my title because I was unable to find a Sevres mark done in gold. This piece is very old and well painted by hand. It measures 7 1/2 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide. There is some faint crazing on the lid and on the inside. It really does not detract. It has raised beads and I don\'t find any that are chipped. Some gold wear to the band around the bottom. The rusty marks you see in the inside cleaned off nicely \" after\" my picture was taken. The metal work looks to be all original.
