This absolutely enchanting Bru Shandelle reproduction is handmade and beautifully painted by award winning doll artist, Jamie Englert. Little Bru is from the Seeley mold taken from the original antique doll mold. The original Bru Shandelle (1870) was by *Leon Casimir Bru. She is Bleuette’s French cousin and can wear her clothes. Jamie says this is one of the most beautiful and true to the antique counterpart that she has ever made and is the favorite one she ever did. She has been poured in blue-white porcelain. She is beautifully and accurately hand painted with excellent wash for exact replica of the antique doll. She has perfect, very fine lashes and brown brows. Her complexion and closed lips are soft rose with correct lip edging. Miss Bru Shandelle has stunning & rare AQUA Hand English paperweight eyes, which are the Cadillac of doll eyes. She has a Monique Gold strawberry blond mohair wig styled with full bangs and soft curls at the shoulders. She has pierced ears with tiny bead earrings. She stands 10 ¾” tall on a fully jointed JN wood body. She is custom made brand new for the owner. She is definitely a Museum Quality doll. Sooo Stunning!!! She has never been displayed.
