This exceptionally beautiful Rosette has the New Unis France 301-3 Rosette Head mold by Seeley, made from the exact original antique Unis France 301, with the larger 16mm Deep Blue Glass Paperweight eyes. These eyes are so stunning!!! This artist reproduction is handmade by renowned artist, Madelyn Baughman of Country Road Dolls. She has over 26 years of reproduction doll experience, and she has been the winner of many awards. Rosette is on the fully jointed JN wood body made especially for her, and her correct height is 36cm. She is Bleuette’s big sister. Rosette was introduced in 1955 by LSDS, but her model head, SFBJ 301, is from the beginning of the 1900’s, and few dolls were actually made. This is one reason she is so collectable today. This Rosette greets you with the sweetest smile and happy face. Her porcelain head has been fired over six times to achieve the correct antique coloring. Rosette has the pink coral cheek and lip coloring that the original Unis France has. Her porcelain head has tiny carved porcelain teeth and hand set mohair eyelashes. Her fabulous handmade human hair wig is beautiful rich Honey Blonde, and is done with baloney curl puppy tails in a very beautiful Rosette style. They are tied with big pink satin bows. She is wearing a lace trimmed, cream onesie. This lovely Rosette is MINT, PERFECT.
