Graphics Card FAQ:

1. If the PC Graphics card does not work, the customer to verify the following:

① graphics card fan is working properly. Graphics card fan does not turn, did not explain the graphics card in place, the graphics card fan spins slowly, there may be insufficient power supply, it is recommended to change the power supply.

② VGA cable is connected in place, whether it is connected properly.

③ After installing the card; video card, cpu fan speed as usual, can not enter the system, we recommend that the button battery on the motherboard to take down about 1 minute and then try to turn the battery installed. (Motherboard discharge method)

④ After installing the card turned blue; the graphics driver is not compatible with the newly installed cause; Workaround: After entering the safe mode to uninstall the original graphics driver can boot.

2. Unable to install the graphics driver, suggesting no hardware or file

Please uninstall original graphics drivers and graphics drivers to change the existing graphics card as a standard VGA, re-install the graphics drivers can bring their own.
