The glow-in-the-dark plastic top has a central signal mirror with text above and below that reads \"Rescue Ring\". The plastic top can be removed from the Ring and features a secret compartment that holds a miniature alarm whistle..

This very rare, 1930\'s Quaker Oats Cereal \"Roger Wilco\" Premium \"Rescue Ring\" is in very good condition. All elements are well preserved and without significant damage of any kind. The brass elements are very well preserved retaining the original, brilliant surface shine. The Whistle is equally well preserved as is the \"signal\" mirror. Overall the elements of this very rare Quaker oats Cereal Premium Giveaway Ring are very well preserved as can be seen in the scans below.
