A total of 900 Chelsea Bicentennial 76 Limited Edition clocks were produced in 1976 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the USA’s independence. This particular clock has been authenticated and is numbered 527. Chelsea crafted this clock to be authentic to the Colonial period. It is, of-course, completely American made with a forged brass case and solid mahogany base. The heart of the ’76 bicentennial is Chelsea’s finest 8-day, spring wound, 11-jeweled movement, that strikes at every hour and half-hour mark. The clock case has a distinctive brushed brass finish, 6 inch dial ( 7 ¼” total diameter) with silver etched numerals.

Clock is operating nicely and keeps accurate time. It is very clean and has been well cared for.
