This large colorful enamel or cloisonne hanging charger or plate is unmarked so I am unsure of the age or maker. It looks to me like Chinese Famille Rose with flowers, butterflies, birds and a pair of dogs or cats. It seems to have some age to it. Most of the enamel or cloisonne is in good shape but there are a few spots near the metal frame that are worn and slightlyseparated. The metal frame is discolored and has minor dings/dents. There is some white residue on the back that can probably be removed. Could use a good polishing or cleaning.
