For international buyers outside of Canada if your item is over $50 you will now have to pay for Express Mail International. This is the only way a package can be tracked after it leaves the US and a signature is required. A couple of bad apples have spoiled it for the whole bunch stating they havent received packages and paypal therefore gives them ALL there money back. I cant take that chance anymore.....sorry. Yes, this is expensive but I can\'t afford to be ripped off by dishonest people and/ or incompetent foreign postal services.
