AUTHENTIC TIN TRAY NOT A REPRODUCTIONOffering a wonderful cross-collectable 16 1/2\" long by 13 1/2\" wide oval serving tray.
On the back of the tray are 2 stamps with the \"Missouri Pacific Line\" Railroad, red logo seals,and was probably used on the railroad as a serving tray at some time.
The beautiful young woman is Hilda Clark, who was an American model and actress.I\'ve seen another tray that describes her as \"The Exhibition Girl\" from a 1909 Exposition.But with further research it seems to be the 1904 St. Louis World\'s Fair.In the background is the 1904 St. Louis World\'s Fair with gondola rides in the lagoon and the many exhibit buildings lit up. Cocoa Beans decorate 4 sides of the tray and near the bottom in tiny print it reads \"The H. D. Beach Co. of Coshocton, Ohio\". In her hand is a glass of Coca Cola and the famous line \"Drink Coca-Cola\".This large metal tray is in good-fair condition for being 113 years old;it has paint scratches, a couple of small dents and some tiny gouges (see pics by her left arm).
