This is for a Danbury Mint Football Figure NFL, #12 Ken Stabler of the Oakland Raider. This hasnt been displayed, but it does look like someone fitted the figure into the base, there are no marks on the botton of the figure, just these slight ones around the holes in the stand.
This has the Certificate of Ownership #04100. Also various paperwork.
