E. Howard # 70 Weight Driven Wall Regulator. Please refer to the description in the upper section also.The quartered oak case may have been refinished at some point in its life. It has a dull rubbed finish, not sure what it would have been from the factory. The lower glass looks complete but has a few flakes in the lower part, other than that it looks correct as I see in other pictures on the internet.There are a couple of cards attached inside from two different clock shops in The Brockville, Ontario area, this is directly across The St. Lawrence River from The ater Town area which is in The State of New York. I know nothing about these clocks, so please look at all the pictures I have listed and determine if it is all original and correct because I do not know. If you require other pictures please let me know and I will do my best to get them out. If you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to get them answered. I am going to say the shipping would be around $75.00 but depending on the location of the buyer the shipping could be more or less.
