When I was younger I got into gourmet cooking inspired by the cooking shows of the times; Julia Child\'s French Chef and the Galloping Gourmet. Started writing restaurants I\'d seen on the shows asking kindly for their menus and to have the owners autograph them for me. This one is from 1971 from the Elwood Plantation in New Orleans.
