Hello,I know a little pore than the basics of trains so I have looked these over and there are no cracks in the plastic.I\'ll start with the only thing that may be wrong.The opposite side of the one car there is no door.dont know if that should be open like that or not.Otherwise all is complete.The little end doorslook like they auto move and push in as should.I have not tested these for the lights.Dont know if they work or not.All the electrical wires are intact as should be as I can see.The couplers are all real nice with no rust.All wheels are nice too.The tops of cars are all nice.The sides are nice as well.Really nothing worn on these.No end breaks anywhere.If anything maybe you just want to light clean for some tiny corners like on the stairs have old dust.Really thesecars are super nice.I see they grade these and I would think myself they would be a 9 but that\'s my opinion.I do not discount these items once received but will take a return.Just pay return shipping and I would gladly refund your money.Im an honest and full detail kind of Guy.Enjoy!!
