Description: This is quite a show-stopper here with this genuine signed & numbered Tiffany & Co. 18k gold & gemstone pin from around the 1950\'s. Beautifully rendered depicting a large leaf, this dress / fur clip features close to 4cts of ultra fine, rich blue natural sapphires along with approx 0.30cts of fine, white VVS to VS diamonds. The diamonds are set in a platinum insert adding extra visual impact to contrast the field of blue sapphires on this masterfully made item. I always enjoy these super fine pieces, so there are quite a few images for you to see!

Condition: Very good to excellent, all the stones are intact and look fine. No repairs or damage to the setting noted other than some very minimal surface wear. The pin bars & catch work properly.
