Returns PolicyIf unfortunately you have received a damaged or faulty item we will be happy to resolve this issue. Just contact us by e-mail within 14 working days of receiving the item so we can investigate this issue and deal with it quickly. Upon receiving the item we will investigate it and if it is damaged or faulty then we can refund or exchange the item. If the item is discontinued you can have a refund or exchange the item. Any costs in returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
