Interesting antique American origin teddy bear, dating from 1920s,

made of bright golden mohair plush,

hard stuffed with wood-wool throughout the body and head,

fully jointed,

has got boot-button glass eyes,

black discoloured horizontally stitched nose,

inverted Y shape mouth stitching,

slot-in ears,

original beige felt pads have been recovered with bright yellow felt,

remains of original three claws stitching to all limbs,

has got cardboard tilt growler in his tummy, which still gives short growls,

there\'s no front seam.

Teddy Bear wears vintage green velvet artist\'s jacket and pink satin ribbon.

Approx. 26\" tall.

Condition - item is in antique condition with general wear, thinning and balding patches, discolouration to the head and legs. Still very charming and interesting teddy bear.
