Labor: Install manifold, carburetor, fuel line and breather pipe, and exhaust pipe. Connect throttle and choke linkage. Fill cooling system with water. Install and connect battery and polarize generator. Disconnect coil wires and re-connect with correct polarity. Hook up battery charger and start engine. Operate power-trol and check oil level, add 1 quart oil. Drive tractor in all gears and get up to operating temperature. Re-torque rear wheel clamps. Remove valve cover and rocker arms and adjust valves hot. Install valve cover

Labor: Remove lower water pipe and cylinder head. Remove 4 cylinder head studs that were incorrectly installed and install correctly. Clean cylinder block gasket surface and studs. Clean cylinder head nuts and chase threads in nuts and on studs. Remove power shaft pump housing and clean. Pull outer rear axle bearing cups, drive inner cups and oil seals out of axle housing and install bull gear. Left axle needs work on inner seal area.

Labor: Install oil seals in power shaft pump housing and install and wire bolts. Install sleeve on left axle, grease outer bearing and install axle and bull gear. Free up rear wheel adjusting bolts, install wheels in original positions and snug clamps. Tighten and lock rear axle nuts. Clean , assemble and install auto fuel shut-off in fuel tank. Connect oil lines. Clean, install and torque cylinder head.
