Deposit

The successful high buyer will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 3 business days of the close of the sale to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the sale. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Buyer\'s Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this item to you.Wewelcome and recommend a buyer\'s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the item prior to the sale ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

Successful buyer

The winning buyer will be contacted via email after the sale closes or he/she must contactsellerwithin 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying buyer

If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of sale or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the sale, we reserve the right to re-list the item.

Shipping or Pick Up:

1.Buyer pays freight plus a fixed handling fee of $25.00dollars

(for DOMESTIC shipments only - 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Freight charges are prepaid and will be billed based on the buyers confirmed shipping address.

2. Pick Up and Trucking is the full responsibility of the buyer. Any trucking company picking up must have a B.O.L. at time of pick up

There will be a $25.00 pallet fee for preparing shipments going LTL.
