This is an opportunity to own one of Lladros most popular figurines \"Flowers Of The Season\". Size: 11¾x10¾ \" . Introduced in 1983 by sculptor Jose Puche. Flowers of the Season has become one of Lladro\'s most popular and best-know creations with its amazing detail in hundreds of roses, tulips, daisies, gladioli and petunias. Originally purchased in 1990 for my mother at nearly half the retail, a Bargain!. Not until now, when I\'m researching this Lladro to sell here that I find out there is a flower that should be in the girls hand. I never knew that. Her hand is complete and no scratches or roughness. Also, the sales person mentioned a \"manufacturing flaw\" which actually was a missing bird. I\'ve pointed this out clearly in photos. So for an other wise perfect Lladro figurine it is missing what ever was in her hand. ( you can compare photos that show this) and a missing bird on the top umbrella. ( there should be 3 birds and not 2 ) The umbrella sits so that the 3rd missing bird doesn\'t show. Now I realize my discount wasn\'t from my handsome looks. Other then the missing bird and the missing flower for her hand this is in excellent condition. I\'ve meticulously checked every flower and twig. They are perfect ( I\'m comparing this now with Lladros own photo of the figurine. fyi..This figurine is no longer available through Lladro ) Pictures don\'t do this piece justice. Its gorgeous.This Lladro is signed/stamped on the base of the figurine and sits on a custom wood base. The base is also in excellent condition with just a few scratches that are not visable when the piece sit on it. Unfortunately I\'ve looked everywhere for the box, but I don\'t think my Mom had kept it. It obviously will be packed carefully, tracked and with full purchase price insurance. I\'ve decided to offer this up with starting at $50. I am hoping this low price provides an opportunity for someone else to admire and cherish it as much as my Mom did.
