Thrilled to have a acquired a bit more of this lovely vintage French cotton. This is a phenomenal textile & I have sourced it several times in the past from various areas in France. Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed this lovely vintage cloth for both it\'s color & pleasing graphics, another one is also currently listed in a green palette. Amazingly beautiful details of birds eating fruit surrounded by lovely blooms & butterflies, please view all photos. It is also quite lovely on the back side where the color is a bit more faded. This is a mid density cotton in a larger scale, a bit like a chintz type cotton without the glaze. Circa is about the 1950\'s-60\'s though has a much earlier appeal as well, timeless.Wonderful condition for it\'s age. Not certain if it was used, if so lightly or left over from a project possibly as there are no selv.edges remaining. I believe washed & is very clean overall. Hues are lovely, a sweet softer blue & slightly off white ground. Please note that I am working with 3 individual long panels of this textile so each bird graphic will differ slightly in the 1/2 yard dimensions listed, all are pleasing however & my photos are a representation of the various elements in this length.Excellent for pillows, small light upholstery, lamp shades, window elements and would make a lovely bag if lined well. Also phenomenal for journals and framing as it\'s graphics are magnificent. I could see this as little dining/kitchen/accent chair top cover with lovely tassel/bobble trim. Would be a very sweet French country accent.measures 29-30 inches wide by 17-18 inches long ~ I can keep up to just shy of 2 yards in one length uncut so for example, up to \"4\" units selected.
