A Marx #3686R Rin Tin Tin Fort Apache playset series 5000 from 1957. Set has complete contents and all parts are in excellent condition!Box has light wear through out with some small tears along edges but isbasically sound and tight. It has the original internal box divider again showing it\'s age but basically in good condition.Has 7 of the original brown labeled bags.Contents include the complete flat finish nice light brown large stockade with 14 wall sections,6 with ramparts, 6 without and two preformed corner sections.It has the beautiful blockhouse over the gate entrance. It is in excellent condition complete with matching flagpole and special ladder and tin litho flag.Also has two of the 2 piece corner blockhouses and 4 single pole ladders.Building is the cabin with yellow roof in tin litho complete withchimneyandback-brace, nice and clean.Other accessories include two silver firing cannon both with full sets of 10 shells each, a red canoe, green tree,three of the 2 piece tepees one in rare RED plus a tan and gray and a set of the outdooraccessoriesall in excellent condition.Figures are all in matched sets and consist of the 3 piece cream colored set of Rin Tin Tin , Lt Rip Masters and Rinny, 60mm all nice. Two sets of 10 each 54mm frontiersmen/cavalry, one in flat tan the other flat light blue.There are 2 sets of the 54mm Indians one in a flat deep colored red/brown and the other in a nice bright yellow. Both sets are in perfect condition-NO parted bow strings or missing feathers! Finally there are 4 cavalry horses and two Indian ponies in 2 poses.Only thing missing is the instruction sheet.
