McChesney style bottle opener double mounted cowboy spurs Paul Kelleher
Price: US $225.50

Here we have a faithfully reproduced, hand made and double mounted McChesney style, bottle opener pair of spurs. They were made by contemporary spur maker Paul Kelleher and are marked PK. One heel band features a beautiful 1926 \"Standing Liberty\" quarter and wiggle engraved sterling triangles. The other heel band has McChesney\'s classic shield design (in copper I believe, not sure) with elongated silver \"peanut\" and triangle all engraved by hand. Sterling silver also covers the rowel pin covers and are engraved. They also have McChesney\'s 1-1/2\" Texas star rowels and 1945 and 1946 silver mercury head spur strap button mounts (both sides of the dime). Treated with a plum brown finish that gives them a rusted antique look.

The dimensions are: 6-1/2\" overall in length, 3-1/4\" wide heel band opening, 2\" bottle opener shanks and the heel band is 1\" at its widest and tapering down to 1/2\" towards the end. I purchased these spurs on 7/23/05 and they are unused. Beautiful pair of all hand made and one-of-a-kind gut hooks. Happy offerding
