NOTE - This is a USED locomotive set, not a brand new showpiece. These locos are in fine shape, run great and all features workflawlessly, but they are used. About the only negative thing we can point out is that the smoke unit fan motors (smoke units are in each A unit, there is no smoke in the B unit) seem to be a bit loud. Perhaps the sound will settle down with some continuous usage, but they billow out clouds of smoke just fine. Another note on the plus side, the speaker hasdefinitely been upgraded because the sounds are truly crisp and clear. Waituntil you hear this horn! It you are looking for a good true running set of E8s for your layout, than this set is for you.
