This versatile trailer transports up to 4 canoes or up to 8 kayaks (carried vertically on their sides two per carry arm. The maximum kayak width is 30\" if carried this way). TRAILER RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Due to the heavy weight and large size of this trailer, we have found that after paying for round trip shipping costs and re-stocking fees there is little value left to refund.

SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY/UNLOADING INFORMATION This Item Ships by truck freight anywhere in the continental US (Alaska and Hawaii delivery is not available). The expected delivery time is approximately 2 weeks after order is placed.This item is heavy (approx. 400 lbs shipping weight). If possible we recommend shipping this item to a business that has a loading dock. If this is not possible you may cut the straps on the pallets and unload the parts individually (takes 5-10 minutes). Free pick-up is available in Holland, Michigan. If picking up, trailer is fully assembled and ready to hitch to a vehicle.
Delivery and Unloading Information:
+ If shipping to a residential address, the freight carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery window. Please provide a day time phone number when ordering. If the shipping company attempts to deliver during the agreed upon time window and you are NOT there to receive the item, the freight carrier may charge a re-delivery fee which you agree to be responsible for.
+ If shipping to a business address the freight carrier WILL NOT notify you prior to delivery. If there is no one present at the business to take delivery during normal business hours, the freight carrier may charge a re-delivery fee which you agree to be responsible for.
Delivery to all address types is curbside only meaning that the freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or moving the item after it’s unloaded. In most cases the drivers are friendly and will help.
Customer responsibility for inspecting order at the time of delivery:
IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE ORDER BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. Damage during shipping is a rare occurrence but does happen occasionally. If you discover minor damage to your order upon delivery, you must note the damage on the bill of lading when you sign for the item (i.e. damaged fender). If your item is damaged in a major way please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
