Here to sell to the highest or fastest buyer is a Oliver 70 gas Tractor from the last year made - 1948. Has rare to find factory wide front, fenders with extensions, PTO, drawbar, belt pulley and on back is a hydraulics remote set.

Rear tires has some weather checking as you can see in the pictures and they are Firestone's. An interesting side note is that this tractor spent most of its life as a county mowing tractor in the area. It was probably the county who added the power steering as we don't think that is factory.

Loose and last ran 2 years ago, and it did not smoke bad and the only real mention we know of is the front main seal leaks. The add-on Power Steering does work good but with the main seal leaking currently that oil does get on the belt and so the power steering will be even better when that is fixed.

See the Oliver 70 EXAMPLE picture frame above of how nice this 70 could look some day with new paint. The 70 wide front with cab is a sale tractor the Sold for $13,500 in 2012 at a Oklahoma sale. As a note some people paint these 70's with or without the side engine panels on them, but Lynch Farms does sell new 70 reproduction side panels for $395/pair if you do want them back on this tractor. Or keep it the clean looking original tractor it is as the older this tractor gets the more people and collectors will admire the character of this tractor.

Can help with delivery if over 600 miles at .50-.70 cents a mile one-way from its location in north eastern Minnesota.

About OLIVER: The Oliver Farm Equipment Corporation was formed in 1929 after the merger of the Oliver Chilled Plow Company, the Hart-Parr Company, Nichols & Shepard Company and the American Seeding Machine Company. It was later known as the Oliver Corporation and Oliver today is still regarded as one of the most finest makers and one of the most famous names in farm tractor history.

Beginning in 1930 Oliver built the 4-cylinder Oliver 18-28 tractor. This was a severe departure from the two-cylinder engines used in the Hart-Parr tractors. Many follow-on models were produced over the years, including the very popular 60, 70, and 80 models. In 1948 a new fleetline series was introduced which included the 66, 77 and 88 models.

Oliver tractors will go down in history as possibly having the most respected and well made tractors from agriculture\'s golden era. They are and will continue to be sought out by collectors everywhere for their distinct and very sturdy design. istinct and very sturdy design.
